Lavender Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
These were ok. They are cute but they're more of a novelty cookie in my opinion - neat to make for a shower or any type of ladies gathering but not something i'd crave or dive into out of sheer glutony.

Pico De Gallo

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
This is a very nice, very simple recipe and I usually have all the ingredients on hand. The only thing I add is a couple tablespoons of lemon juice. We always use this on fajita nights. Thanks!

Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
DELIGHTFUL! THIS is comfort food. I followed the recipe to the letter. If you're not a seasoned cook (i am not!) let me recommend having all of your vegetables and seasonings chopped and measured and ready to go before starting. It makes the cooking process flow much smoother, especially with this recipe. You will also need to salt and pepper to your liking. We found that it needed quite a bit of pepper and a little bit more salt.

I LOVE this easy recipe. We used crunchy peanut butter which makes it even more sensational! Everyone absolutely loves it and I love that it makes two pies.

Light Oat Bread

What a fantastic bread! This is only the 3rd loaf of bread I've ever made but it was so easy, delicious and impressed the whole crew. I don't have a bread machine and followed Jules's instructions. Thanks!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
Absolutely simple and absoluely delicious. This was my first roasted chicken and EVERYONE loved it and was impressed. I served this at Christmas and found that a 6lb chicken was perfect for 6 people with a little bit left over. I also used garlic powder instead of onion powder because it was all I had.
