Spinach Triangles

Loved these - I added some nutmeg as another recipe suggested nutmeg I also used a mix of feta and cottage cheese which is my sisters advice was really wonderful taste

Smothered Bacon Chicken

Changed a little cooked some onion in chicken stock and low fat butter adding low fat cream and garlic with herbs. included with the Feta I added some shaved parmesan was excellent witha fettucine pasta

Taco Potatoes

excellent with the kids - I made it a little healthier by not adding the cream and baking my own potatoe wedges sprayed with a light oil and covered in morrocan spice. excellent recipe gave me a new way with nachos without all the corn chips

British Bread Pudding

This is the real bread pudding that my pommy mum makes - all the other connotations that i noticed in my mind are bread and butter puddings Dad used to call this the good stodge and was what I grew up on with alot of siblings and was a great desert to use up stale bread (which didnt happen often lol) Excellent - I leave out the peal though cant stand it.

Australian Potato Salad

This is a recipe that I had passed down from my mum, As I have in my notes I do not use sour cream, I use Heinz Lite Salad dressing this is a little bit sweeter and lower in fat. The mint adds a freshness on hot summers day this is a great treat for BBQ's
