I needed a green recipe for St Patty's Day and wanted something a little different. I tripled the recipe and went easy on the butter/oil and it was a great hit. I'm making it all the time. Very easy and user friendly to make. Thanks again for sharing the twist to green beans.

Peach and Berry Salad

Crawfish Etouffee Like Maw-Maw Used to Make

I really enjoyed this recipe but I'm used to the flavor that our favorite restaurant Jakes has. I'll work on the seasonings a little but then again, we ate the whole thing!

Asparagus Quiche

This was a huge hit at our Mother's Day Brunch. We actually ended up adding more bacon. One time saver would be to cook the bacon the day before. That was all that took a little extra time. Our family rated this "Make again soon!"

Champagne Peach Punch

I made this for Mother's Day Brunch without the Peach Brandy and everyone could drink it as a juice for the kids or add it to champagne for a wonderfully different adult beverage.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

These were the fluffiest pancakes we ever had. The thing I liked the most is it was the first thing I got ready for Mother's Day Brunch and the batter didn't turn blue.
