Great Recipe!!!Simple and a Classic!!!!Hate to say that I still needed to kick it up a bit, but thats just me.-After cooking bacon while its still hot and wet with juices sprinkled it with fresh crack peppercorns- bacon fat makes crack pepper taste awesome -which goes great in this dip.Also added some liquid smoke to it-not much- just enough to help out the smokey flavor in the bacon. I server it with ritz crackers. And again Great recipe!!! Thanks
