Citrus Pork Roast

Nice recipe! Next time, however, I'll use less orange juice- it was somewhat overpowering. On the whole, this recipe is definitely a keeper!

Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev

Very tasty dish. Next time, I think I might add a few more seasonings to it, as well as doubling the butter mixture. Oh, and use colorful toothpicks so I can find them easier.

Lasagna Alfredo

Intead of using alfredo sauce from a jar, I made my own, but other than that, everything else was the same. I was planning on having a piece for lunch tomorrow, but there are no leftovers!

Korean BBQ Beef (Pul-Kogi)

Very tasty recipe. I marinated the meat for just over an hour (lost track of time...oops), and it turned out fine. Served it with jasmine rice, and the skillet was scraped clean!

Michelle's Blonde Chicken Chili

Wonderful recipe. Instead of all northern beans, I substituted one can for a can of corn (drained). Other than putting in more red pepper than I was supposed to, it turned out fantastic!

Great recipe! Next time, I believe I'll double the sauce, though, and use the leftovers with vanilla ice cream. Dinner and dessert all in one!

Mozzarella Meat Loaf

Not as good as I'd hoped. Took forever to roll up in the first place, and then all the cheese leaked out everywhere during baking. Won't be making it again.

Excellent recipe! There was only one thing I disliked, though- having to get out the Dutch oven just to brown the outside. That thing is HEAVY! I added carrots 2 hours into cooking, as well. Turned out great!

Broiled Grouper Parmesan

Absolutely delicious! I ended up using tilapia instead of grouper because the grocery store was out. My father and younger brother, both extremely picky eaters, came back for seconds!! I'll definitely make this one again.
