Turkey Pot Pie
this pie was awsome.i did make just a couple of additions.i used one less potato and put in half a can of peas after all the vegetables were cooked.i cooked the turkey as directed but also added half a cup of turkey gravy i made for thanksgiving.i added a little bit more oregano.other than that it was fantastic.

Basil Butter
the basil butter is very good and i use it in alot of my cooking.when i made it i used a little bit more basil.the recipe calls for 4 cloves of garlic and when making this recipe keep in mind that some garlic is stronger than others depending on the freshness.what i did was i used a garlic press to mince the garlic and i set it aside and mixed the butter and basil.i gradually added the garlic so that it wouldnt be too strong because the first time i made it i went by the directions and the butter ended up being to strong and i had to add more butter but over all this is a very good recipe that i will make again and again.

Chicken Enchiladas V
this recipe is awsome just by itself.i made the chicken enchiladas from the recipe and then the next time i made them i made a couple of changes.first off when making the sourcream chicken soup mixture i used 3/4 cup sourcream.when i sauteed the onion i put double the chili powder and instead of margarine i used a garlic basil butter i made from another recipe i found on this site that is really easy to make.i put a 7 oz can of chilis in instead of a 4 oz can and i made 2 1/2 cups chicken.making these changes to the mixture adds a an extra flavor and makes the enchiladas larger.the final change i made was i used extra sharp cheddar instead of medium cheddar.tillamook makes 2 different kinds of extra sharp, one thats aged 15 months and one thats aged 2 years.i used the one that was aged 2 years and it makes all the difference.
