Very good but I must agree that there was just a little too much oil! Also, I did not cook the noodles like the recipe called for because if you do that, you lose the crunchiness. Lastly, I added some uncooked green cabbage, which was VERY good!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Loved it! I only made like four or five servings of it because I didn't know if anyone would like it, but it was gone sooo fast! Next time I will make more for sure! I might also add some celery!

Beef Teriyaki

I cooked this for my family and they loved it! The only suggestion I have is to add something to sweeten it up a little bit. I added some teriyaki sauce, but it would even be better with some pineapple in there too!
