Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

The only thing I added was some salt and pepper and I used low-fat sour cream. It truly was awesome! And, so easy to make. Everyone loved it.

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

These were delicious. I could not find portobello mushrooms, so I used the small button ones. It was a pain to "scoop out" the insides of the mushrooms, but other than that, it was very easy. My family all loved them. I added some fresh garlic and sauteed the bacon and garlic in with the onions and the mushrooms for a few minutes longer...YUMMY!

Baked French Toast

I made it, like others, with 6 eggs and 1 cup of milk. It came out very tasty. Next time, I would use less of the "syrup"...it made it a bit too sweet. I was suprised that it was not too soggy. It came out just like freshly made french toast.
