Orange Cracker Apricot Chicken

AWESOME AND EASY. The first time I tried this I did not have any apricot preserves so I used peach and it was wonderful. The chicken still stays moist when you warm it up in the microwave.

Amish Meatloaf

I am not a huge meatloaf fan, but this was the best recipe meatloaf recipe I have ever made (I have tried at least 15 recipes). Perfect texture and when you warm it up it stays very moist. I would not change a thing on this recipe!!
