Broccoli Soup
I cut this in half and used fresh broccoli, but otherwise made it as written. It was quick, easy and absolutely delicious. I don't know why everyone is omitting the nutmeg, you don't really taste it.. it's there to enhance the other flavors, not to take center stage.

Easy Vegetable Pot Pie
Had to change this due to necessity; made home-made 'cream of chicken' soup and doubled the filling. I omitted the bottom crust and replaced the top crust with home-made biscuit. I used all of the same vegetables and seasoning. It was delicious and everyone cleaned their plates.

Creamed Cabbage
This was simple, different and delicious. I had to skip the flour and added pepper and garlic powder. Came out perfect. I have to agree with Kathleen, this really is the best cabbage recipe that I've ever tried.
