Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Smashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
I think i could have had more horseradish, and garlic. It is hard to mix the potatoes and horseradish together without your eyes water!

Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
I used legs with skin, and only marinated it for 6 hours, but wasn't a fan of this dish. I don't think I will make this again.

Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
I made this as dip for the house (I have 3 roommates + 2 guest overs). It wasn't a big hit. I didn't have any hot pepper sauce. It was stated that it was too sweet, so maybe the hot pepper sauce would have helped, but wasn't a fan.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
The only thing I did to the recipe was add celery, and I liked it. All-in-all it was a fantastic soup. It will be a make again.

I half the ginger and double the Cinnamon, and it turned out super fanatic. I also used fresh pumpkin puree.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
I made this whole recipe for my roommates and me, and everyone loved. I didn't have any sun dried tomatoes, but it was great without it, and it wouldn't have been better with though! I also added mushrooms. It is a make again.

Chicken Wellington Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
I looked at the comments for the recipe, and decide I would rather make it a pocket, and shred the chicken (boiled it for 10 minutes and shred with fork). Added two cloves of garlic to cream cheese mix. I cooked in in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degreed. It was fantastic. This is a make again!.
