Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
These are really good. I sliced my potatoes really thin with a food processor, so I only baked it for an hour. However, I do think they could have been better had I baked them a bit longer. I put about 1/2c more cheese in it, also. I also added more salt, pepper and some Lawry's seasoning salt. I will make these again for sure! Very tasty. Oh-the only thing I forgot to add was the onions. I think it would be good like some others' reviews to saute some diced onion first, then put it in with the potatoes and sauce. I will try that the next time.

It's Chili by George!!
This was really good! I didn't have tomato juice, so I did a bit of improvising. I used a can of tomato soup, added half a can of water, 2 cans of tomato sauce, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, and a can of crushed tomatoes. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly, but just let it simmer for a few hours on low in my dutch oven. Has a nice kick to it. Very tasty with cheese, sour cream, and fritos :)
