Rhubarb Pudding
i am cook for a living and have trried many new recipes in my time; and i have too say we made this at work and it was a hit, we even opted the rhubarb for apples once!!! only thing i recomend is cinnamin instead of nutmeg

Chocolate Cheesecake
exceptional dessert; i am an advid cheesecake lover, i made this at work for our cafeteria 3 times now and its a sell out everytime.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake III
i found this too be a fairly good version of a favorite family dessert grandma has made for many years, the only thing i founf is i had too reduce the baking time too keep the cake nice and moist and saucey
