About this Cook
I am from Beautiful Washington State, i have an adorable little family and we love food and I love to cook and bake!
My favorite things to cook
I love authentic and I love pretti much anything else, we love fast food (not always healthy) but we love it! So when the fast food drive ins are out of the question, i sometimes like to dish em' out at home at times, plus it saves $ too! Other than that, some of my favorite things to cook are the all american dishes like burgers & hot dogs with fries, I love to cook authentic mexican & italian foods as well, like the good ol' traditional dishes like enchiladas, tacos, spaghetti, that kinda food. Love the whole meat & potatoes of it all. OMG I love southern food, it is sooo good! I like trying new recipes, and alot of them i get from this site, I love it! I love baking & we love desert right after dinner! I often bake cookies and i've just tried so many recipes, and always looking for more!

Russian Tea Cakes I
I've made this type of cookie years ago growing up & their one of my favorites, and I tried this recipe today & came out pretti good, but after the 12 minutes i had to leave em' in alittle longer bcause they were still alittle doughy inside, maybe i made em' alittle too thick i'm thinking; but i will try again next time n see how they come out! Hopefully they will come out better; I also used 1/2 cup of powder sugar instead of 6 tbls, it came out a real well consistency overall; My saying goes 'Practice Makes Perfect!'
