I have made this twice and both times it turned out very yummy. Both kids and adults loved them. If you are making the dough the night before, it's a good idea to divide the dough into several small flattened disks which you can remove one at a time the next day to roll out. This dough was even great for cookie pops. I simply cut the shapes I wanted, inserted a long stick (Wilton 8 in Lollipop stick)a few inches into the dough and baked for 6-8 minutes as described. I carefully removed the baked cookie pop onto a cooling rack and when the cookie hardened, it was perfect. The cookie stayed nicely on the stick down to the last bite as my 2-year old and 6-year old ate them happily.
