Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Very Good! I replace 1/2 cup of the oil with applesauce and left everything else the same

Chinese Steamed Cake

This recipe brings back memories when my mother used to steam her cakes the only exception is she used lemon extract instead of the almond extract and no powder sugar

Pumpkin Pie Squares

I added chopped walnuts to the crust to make it more firm. The pumpkin texture was good. However I thought the pumpkin needed additional spices. Next time I will add 1/2 tsp nutmeg or 1/2 tsp allspice.
