Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2013
Pretty good! I made a double batch and the sauce was pretty thin. It didn't thicken up. If I make a double batch again, I would put it in two separate baking dishes, make it more spicy, and add more chiles.

Easy Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2013
Pretty decent, but I like more flavor and more sauce. I added rosemary, parsley, garlic salt, garlic, and a little flour to thicken the sauce a bit. I used baby portabellas....yummy!!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
Delish!! I have never made meatloaf before and I wouldn't even eat it as a kid, but this was very good! I used shredded cheese and added oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, A-1 steak sauce, worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of chili powder. I used BBQ and A-1 as a glaze but I felt the BBQ was a little too sweet. Next time I will mix ketchup and worcestershire for the glaze. Thank you for a great recipe!!

Easy Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2009
This recipe was fabulous!! I left out the onion because I didn't have one and it still turned out wonderful. After reading other reviews, I pounded out the chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag with some garlic powder, seasoning salt, and marsala then lightly coated them with flour. I braised the breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side and removed them from the pan while I sauteed the mushrooms. I used 6 breasts and I used 1 1/3 cup Marsala and 1 1/3 cup half n half. My guest and husband raved and went back for a second helping, as did I. I wouldn't recommend this for small children. My 5 year old didn't eat it.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2009
I made this recipe without the bacon. It was pretty good, but I felt it was missing something. There wasn't enough flavor for me. I felt like the flavor of the feta was lost after baking it?

Crabmeat Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
This quiche is delicious! I am not a seasoned cook, so this was my first quiche and I was very pleasantly suprised. I added green peppers, baby shrimp, and used a mexican blend cheese rather than the swiss. It was fabulous!! Wish me luck on my journey to becoming a good cook!!
