Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

These are tasty yummy goodness! I made a second batch under the direction from my husband that the condensed milk should go on top and soak its way down. I think they were even better that way!

Skillet Chicken and Vegetables

I loved this. Followed the recipe, except I had just enough fresh shredded parm/asiago/romano mix to use instead of all parm. It turned out delish! I will definitely make again.

Chicken Scarpariello

Yummy! I used a small vidalia onion (I love onion), and this tasted wonderful! Even my husband enjoyed it, and he's more of a meat and potatoes kinda person.

My family and I enjoyed this one...very easy too! I did change it up a little. I added about a tablespoon of honey and some rosemary which added a different dimension to the flavor. My hubby and daugther liked the honey-mustard flavor! I also added heavy cream instead of half and half...only because I had it on hand and wanted to use it up.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I loved this! It was not to difficult to make and it turned out so well. I used Pinot grigio for the wine and followed the directions as written. My husband and sometimes picky daughter both ate it up:)

Real Potato Leek Soup

I really enjoyed the soup (and my first taste of leek). I will definitely try it again, maybe in the winter with ham to make it a hearty meal:)

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

I used a lot less breadcrumbs than called for, closer to 1/2 cup for two medium tenderloins. I should have used more spices as many other reviewers did, but I was in a hurry/lazy. However, the tenderloins turned out very nice and juicy. I will use this recipe again, adding some extra spices!

Chicken Piccata I

This turned out well and was very easy. I did add capers to the sauce. My husband said if he had ordered it in a restaurant, he would have been happy with his choice. Now that was a nice compliment!
