The Catalina dressing really adds flavor. Chop some green pepper, toss with Catalina, chill and use as a topper. Adds a nice crunchiness. I've treasured a recipe like this since the mid 1970's. It was called Taxco Salad.

Cold Day Chili

We had second helpings! The vinegar/brown sugar/mustard give a good flavor. It's different from other chili recipes. It's fast, easy and tasty.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Yum! We love love love this. We look forward to having it again and again. Great as is. Also good with extra blue cheese crumbles sprinkled over the dressing. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
