About this Cook
I am a young professional and I love to experiment with cooking. I picked cooking up from my dad and really expanded on it in College and even more so when I moved out on my own. I am in love and love to experiment with cooking for my boyfriend and family! If there is a reason to be cooking, I am cooking. I have moved from a decent cook to a great cook through the last year, learning how to enhance food with different textures and spices. There are not many things that would scare me to cook or bake.

My favorite family cooking traditions
I love to make the food that I had growing up and put a different spin on it. Macaroni and cheese, meatloaf, pies, chicken paprikash, pork chops, etc!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
It was good but we did not care for the ginger in it. I also had to reduce the amount of brown sugar and add Worcestershire sauce to the glaze. I also added garlic. If I wouldn't have made those changes it would be a 3 star. I loved how it held together and how moist it was, though.

Delicious! I used all butter, as I was not sure why it needed margarine.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was delicious!! The only things that I did differently was use cubed already baked potatoes and use polish sausage with the ham. It was out of this world amazing! Thanks for the recipe. This will be a staple. My 11 month old and 2 year old gobbled it up, too.
