The Best Meatballs

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

These were delicious, even better the next day. Although crystallized ginger can be substituted, the crystallized ginger gives it that over top edge, in flavor. Even better the next day. Even my picky children loved these

These were phenomenal!! does take a bit of time (especially the wrapping) but well worth it. Watch the stages, I used a candy thermometer but also took the suggestion of other reviewers. Delicious!

Manicotti Alla Romana

Very tasty! Used sausage instead, the white sauce is key to overall flavor. Made them with and without spinach for picky eaters. I've also subbed on occasion ricotta cheese for the milk, very moist and a bit more rich in flavor but on its own and with original ingredients a definite 5 star. Very filling but so yummy you almost cant stop yourself from seconds ;-)

Very flavorful! used a bit of cayenne instead of the red pepper flakes, gave just the right amount of kick without biting into a 'hot spot'. Made them a few times, cooked half time in oven when putting in a sauce and entire time when using them on their own or in a sub

These nuts are addicting!! Simple and quick! seriously the whole lot was gone in less than an hour! The directions were spot on (if heat is on medium, 8 minutes is just about right). Wax paper made clean up and separation a cinch

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Delish! I generally omit the lettuce as it wilts. Ive made it hot without adding guacamole or cold adding in the guac, its yummy either way and its literally gone in minutes. I do saute ground beef with half taco seasonings and mix with refried beans and add other half of taco seasoning to the sour cream/cream cheese mixture. You cant go wrong with this dip. Thank you for sharing!

Corn and Crab Bisque

This Bisque was devine! I didnt have any problems with the consistency. I followed a few suggestions,I used old bay seasons and added cayenne pepper to my taste. I made a roux first with 3T of Butter & 3T of flour and set aside. I only used 1 can of stock and I used cream instead of milk or half & half. When the cream was added I added in the roux and whisked. I think what helped with the consistency as well was I diced a potato and added to the corn, stock mixture. I took out a cup of the bisque and pureed it and then added back to the bisque before adding the crab meat. I did also add a about a 1/4 cup of wine. I garnished with some crab meat. I have made with canned and fresh corn and a combination of both. Didnt affect the outcome a whole lot either way, it depends on your particular taste. I liked the combo. The flavor was oh so good!!! and so easy Thank you - a keeper

Beef Stew VI

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I used mini golden butter potatoes, you dont have to peel them and they are buttery delicious and keep their shape. I season the meat prior to browning with what i had on hand, salt, pepper, dried basil, thyme. Sooo good!! thank you for this recipe

Delicious!! Made cake as directly, I was a bit worried because my kids aren't fond of raisins or nuts but I added anyway. They loved it. I did sub applesause for some of the oil. Very moist and yummy cake.

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

I love carrot cake and although I love baking for some reason I never made one. These cupckes were so good. I was hesitant about the orange extract but it added a very nice touch and I had huge compliments even from people who are not carrot cake lovers- they even asked for a take out bag with a cupcake in it!

Sugar Cookie Glaze

this glaze was great- shiny and hardened quickly- I was able to stack them in a few hours without destroying pattern. I made Eastre designs and had huge compliments. People thought they were store bought!
