Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2014
I sometimes look at the ingredients of recipes, and think really. So that is when I look at the reviews, and thought almost 2k people cannot be wrong. I had all ingredients on hand less the fresh basil. I used peel/eat shrimp, doubled the recipe to include 2 pieces of fish. Mixed items together in the morning, and allowed it to marinate for the day. I was nervous being as I was unfamiliar with the recipe. Threw it on the grill, and dinner was done in about 10 minutes. Served with a salad, and baked artichokes. I must say this was the absolute BEST grilled shrimp recipe I have ever had. My husband, and son raved about it as they were licking their fingers. One change I made was throwing in 2 tablespoons of a spicy mango sauce I had on hand. I intend on using this for the Fourth of July, and throwing in scallops, shrimp, and fish.

Sauteed Apples

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2014
I made these using grannys apples, and added raisins. These are fabulous. I made baked oatmeal, and the remainder went into a pound cake recipe I found on this site. You can use these for many recipes. Kudos to you.

GA Peach Pound Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2014
I made Sautéed Apples (from All Recipes) and had some left over. Being as the statement from this recipe indicated that you could use other fruits, I opted to give it a try. This is fabulous. Sweet but not to sweet, and moist. If I could, I would rate this higher than 5 stars. Kudos to your recipe.

Rachael's Superheated Cajun Boiled Peanuts

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2014
We were raised on boiled peanuts. We used to have our family who live in Florida Fed Ex peanuts from their farm just so we could have boiled peanuts.. However, our family did them strictly with tons of salt. These were awesome, and with minimal salt use. I could hardly wait for the first batch to cook for 12 hours, and so I threw in a second bag. They were great with my weekend beers, and also great for breakfast. Thank you for such a great recipe.

Gravy Stuffing Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2014
Living in Montana during extremely cold nights I look for hardy home cooked meals. This was a hit!! I adjusted this a little by adding a little more gravy and chicken.I was most impressed when my husband took a large plastic container to work the next day. Kudos to you.
