Chicken Tikka Masala
Very Very good. The only change I made was omitting the grilling of the chicken. I just fried them in a skillet. It would probably be even more flavorful on the grill.

Habanero Hellfire Chili
I made this recipe as written except I didn't use the chili paste because I have no idea what that is? I also couldn't find fresh habanero's so I had to use the ones that come in a jar. I think that really hurt my results because, believe it or not, this recipe was just NOT hot enough. I'm sure the fresh ones would have made it hotter. The chili was still very tasty, but I've made other chili that was just as tasty and hot enough for me, with far fewer ingredients.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
This is great, and very simple. I've made it by transfering the pork into a pan and mixing in the sauce and then baking, and I've also just put the sauce in the crockpot with the pork and turned up the heat for about an hour. Either way works well and tastes great. I've used boston butts and tenderloins when on sale, either is fine for this recipe. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ is the best!
