Hot Spiked Cider
I think this calls for too much water and not enough cider. Even with the orange tea bags it still tasted watered down and I had to keep adding more cider until it tasted right. But that was the only adjustment I made and it ended up turning out delicious! So make sure to taste before serving and adjust to your liking!

Chipotle Mac and Cheese
This was the ultimate comfort food. My sister and I made this together and weren't sure how it would turn out but all of the flavors ended up coming together beautifully. Some things we did a little different were using large shell pasta instead of macaroni which hold more of the sauce in the pasta. We also used half milk and half heavy cream, used a can of chopped green chilies, and topped the dish off with some shredded cheese the last few minutes of baking. It turned out perfect and very delicious... I definitely recommend trying this recipe!

Gnocchi Bake
I thought this was great...my husband absolutely loved it! I added some diced onion to give it a little crunch, and sauteed it with the sausage so it didn't take any extra time. The leftovers were great when reheated also. Overall a very simple, good recipe!
