Belle's Hamburger Buns
Great Hamburger buns. I did half the work in my bread maker. I microwaved the milk and water for a minute each and then added the rest of the ingredients as listed. After the second kneading of the machine, I removed the dough and placed it in a well greased bowl. The dough was very sticky so I added another 1/4 cup flour. I also used unhbleached bread flour instead. I rolled the dough into balls about twice the size of a golf ball and still came out with 16 buns. I did not do any wash on the buns. They were light and fluffy and held the hamburger with all the fixings without any problems. The taste was nice and light. My husband really liked them too and said I should always make these. Thank you for the recipe, it sure is a keeper and I will share with my daughter.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
The best banana bread I have ever made. Very moist and full of flavor. I did mash the bananas because I have made it with sliced before and the texture wasn't right (I didn't like the clumps of gooey banana). I didn't have sour cream and used yogurt instead. This recipe will be the only banana bread recipe I will use from now on. Thank you for sharing it.

Bagels II
I loved this recipe as did my husband. I used poppy seeds, coarse garlic powder, dried onion flakes and cracked pepper for toppings. I found it easier though to roll the dough into balls and press it down with the palm of your hand then punch a hole in the middle and let it rotate around your finger to enlargen the hole....the rope making and trying to get the ends together was just too hard to do. Excellent flavor and texture. I will definitely make these again.
