Amish White Bread

I absolutely love love love this recipe! It has just the right amount of sweetness. It makes really nice grilled cheese sandwiches that my just kids love. I've made this recipe a dozen times and it has always turned out great. It is fail safe. Love it.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
This is a great recipe. I did not rate it 5 stars because of some changes I made to the original recipe. I used 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt instead of the sour cream, added 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, sprinkled some sugar and cinnamon on the greased oaf pan, and mashed the bananas instead of slicing it. It needed an additional 10 minutes of baking time. Next time I will reduce the white sugar to 3/4 cup. My kids loved it. Very moist and delicious.

Orange Fluff I

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
Nice light orange creamcicle taste. I used the suggestions made by others. I pureed the cottage cheese, drained the fruits VERY well, and decreased the amount of cottage cheese and orange gelatin. It turned out nice and fluffy. I think these would look more visually appealing if they were served in parfait glasses, with alternating layers of mandarin oranges.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
EXCELLENT chocolate chip cookie recipe! Definitely my go-to recipe. The only changes I made were increasing baking time to 20 minutes and using a silicone baking sheet. The cookies were a perfect balance of crispy edges and chewy middles. The cookies are best after cooling, but still somewhat warm. Yummy!
