This was my first time making bread, actually making any kind of dough! Found this recipe to be very easy. I made 1/2 the recipe and used regular flour and low fat milk. I also took the advice of putting melted butter on top instead of water. Cooked in 22 minutes. The crust is really hearty so maybe if I took it out a minute or two earlier. Also need to work on my kneading technique. The bread is really light and airy and the crust is as I said, crusty! I'm going to try freezing the bread to see how well it stays. Thanks for a great recipe - so easy even I could follow it!!
