Chocolate Mousse Pie

delicious! It was better after sitting overnight. Easy too! I may try coffee instead of milk next time to deepen the flavors but husband loved as is. Could eat as is without putting in pie crust, would be great with choc shavings and a dab of whipped cream.

This dip always goes over well at parties and leaves everyone asking for the recipe. I use whipped cream cheese it makes it easier to mix together and spread on crackers.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

I added cinnamon & nutmeg, & used cinnamon rasin bread. Halved recipe (used 1 egg and 3/4 cup sugar) I also chopped the butterscotch chips in chopper. Put in buttered pie dish baked 1 hr.Hubby said best he's ever tasted!
