Paella I
I made this recipe exactly as the original and it came out fantastic. I do not have a paella pan but I used my electric skillet and it did the job very well. The arborio rice cooked perfectly and my husband told me this was the very best meal I ever made (I have been cooking for him for 26 yrs) and said it was much better than anything in a restaurant. I would recommend, however, removing salt from the ingredient list due to the saltiness of the sausage and broth. I will definitely be making this again.

Guyanese Cookup Rice
This recipe came out very good. My family raved over it and told me to "save the recipe" so I can make it again. I made it without the chicken or cabbage (served carribean chicken and the cabbage on the side)otherwise followed everything else exactly as stated and the flavor was wonderful. Thanks for posting Tatiana.

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)
Made this recipe with only one change, I didn't have the crushed tomatoes, so I used a small can of tomato sauce, and let me tell you, I will be making this again and again! It has wonderful flavor, texure and aroma.
