Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I figured we were on to something good when you see the number of total comments on this recipe but the outcome surpassed even our high hopes. Succulent, tender and flavorful cover the bases to describe this dish. We kept looking in the oven's window wondering if the chicken was going to cook or would we be ordering take out. It was perfect. We made the rub just as detailed but now that we see how it works we could create varied rubs depending on taste. My only recommendation would be to know your oven's true temperature. Five or 10 degrees either way, especially too low, could make or break this recipe. Check ours once or twice a year and it makes a big difference with baking or slow cooking. Enjoy!

Blueberry Pound Cake

Excellent and easy. I have tried it with blueberries and raspberries both were excellent. The sugar crust that forms during the baking process is a nice surprise. Mine cooks in exactly 70 minutes never fails and never disappoints.

Chicken and Dumplings III

I used three carrots, three Celery Stalks and One medium onion, all diced small. I threw in a shot of real sherry near the end for a richer flavored finished and made 1 and 1/2 as many dumplings (which were excellent). Still not crazy about using canned soups as starters but until I find a scratch recipe that can match this one, I am sticking with this one.

Easy Chicken Balls

Excellent. Finally ground chicken recipe with taste. The clove was a real surprise. Some reviews mentioned leaving out/forgetting the ricotta. I highly recommend using it. It was worth the effort. I swapped out the ketchup for chili sauce. It was the right thing to do if you want a light "red-flavored kick".

Chicken with Lime Butter

This was an excellent recipe. It was easy to prepare and the family loved it. At first I thought it was going to be too easy to taste good but I was the star at the dinner table with little effort. Don't be turned off by the combination of lime juice and dill. It works perfectly.

Baked Swiss Steak
