Grilled Marinated Swordfish

I admit that I did cook this to perfection....5 minutes on one side and then 4:30 on the other but the marinade was awesome too. Will definitely make again.

Mexican Baked Fish

I used the fresh salsa from the refrigerated section and threw it under the broiler after the initial cooking time. This was incredible...the avacado is a must.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Made this three times now and its awesome. This time I forgot about putting the seasonings on and letting it sit and it turned out the best yet. I used 1 4.5 lb chicken and halved the seasoning recipe. I put it all over the whole bird and under the skin of the breast as well as in the cavity. Only got about half an onion inside of it. This truly is fall off the bone tender as well juicier than any chicken I have made in the past.

Greek Chicken Pasta

This was fantastic. I didn't use the lb. of pasta as directed though. I used a little over a half. I think it would have been dry if I used it all. I threw in some black olives. A must try!!

Asian Barbequed Steak

I don't know what to say about this. Every other bite I alternated from saying "this is awesome" to "this is pretty salty". But I ate the whole thing. And really liked it. It's the good kind of salty. I don't think I can serve his for company yet but I will revisit it. I set it in the marinade at 10am and ate it at 8pm so maybe I need to stick to the directions and only marinade it for 3 hours. Or reduce the fish sauce? Regardless, it was very good......but just good enough for family the way I did it the first time. But very good. Confused yet?

Blue Cheese Burgers

These are very tasty. But to be honest, it wasn't drastically different than any other burger you would make at home if you are adding spices. The blue cheese provided a nice change. I also put some blue cheese on top at the end and let it melt.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Really good. I pulled it at 13 minutes for a big 1 1/2 lb fillet. Needs to cook little longer or be broken up into pieces. Definitely make again

Pesto Spaghetti Squash

Was pretty good. Made as is except I halved the butter. Grilled up chicken breasts on the side and mixed them into the squash. Will make again
