Greek Chicken Pasta

This was fantastic. I didn't use the lb. of pasta as directed though. I used a little over a half. I think it would have been dry if I used it all. I threw in some black olives. A must try!!

Pleasant Pork Chops

This was a good meal. The pork was tender and I will make it again. It tasted as if it was missing one thing. I don't know what it was or I would have added it. Thyme maybe. It was very good though.

These are very tasty. But to be honest, it wasn't drastically different than any other burger you would make at home if you are adding spices. The blue cheese provided a nice change. I also put some blue cheese on top at the end and let it melt.

Butterfly Honey Pork Fillets

Really, really tasty. About as easy as it gets. I just eyeballed it but may use a tad more honey next time. Get a nice thick cut and cook it slowly.

Mexican Baked Fish

I used the fresh salsa from the refrigerated section and threw it under the broiler after the initial cooking time. This was incredible...the avacado is a must.

Mushroom Pork Chops

Very good. It is not mind blowing but it was about as easy as it gets and very tasty. I threw a little garlic in when I browned the chops.

Fajita Marinade I

Pretty good. Gotta cook it slow on the grill. First time Imade it I used higher heat and turned out not as good....more blackened. Cooked on low 11 minutes and then flipped it for 8 minutes on med.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

I upped it to three chipotle peppers and we definitely tasted them throughout. This was a really good tasting dish....doesn't "feel" like a burger at all. I used pepper jack cheese but next time will go with a cheddar as the pepper jack couldn't stand on it's own next to teh chipotle. We also added sliced avocado on top. Will make again.

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Must start off by saying that I think lobster tail dunked in warm butter is one of teh best thing son earth and this nor anything else can really compare. BUT, when looking for an alternative that will save you a couple of lbs this isn't bad at all. My wife and I enjoyed it. Will do again if I choose to forgo butter again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Very good and ridiculously easy. Didn't need any additional spices. Well except cilantro, but how can you not top off the dish with fresh cilantro?

Very Good. Store didn't have Mahi so I used tuna.....the balsalmic glaze really brought out our Cabernet we drank with dinner. Will make again

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

The marinade was good. It by no means lives up to it's title but it was plenty good. I am still searching for the marinade you serve to guests and they 100% will rave over it.....I know it exists somewhere!!

Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes

Yum! Doesn't blow your socks off but it is the definition of clean eating. Will definitely make again. The only change I made was I added 8 raw shrimp:)
