Scalloped Potatoes
About this Cook
I'm a stay at home mother of 2 beautiful girls. I have a wonderful husband that lets me stay home with my girls. What more could a woman ask for? I love my family! <3
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook so it doesn't matter.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Don't really have any. Time to make some of my own. :)
My cooking triumphs
Making Chicken Marsala from scratch for the 1st time. It was wonderful! :) I was so proud.
My cooking tragedies
When I was about 14 my brother and I got in trouble while mom was out. It was Mother's Day so I decided I'd cook to make it up to mom. I made a meatloaf in the shape of an "M". It turned out hard as a rock and we still call it Mom Rock to this day. My meatloaf has gotten soooo much better. Thank God!!! One of my favorite things to eat. LOL

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
This dish is on of the best pork chop dishes I have had in a long time. I'm the only one in my family that likes onion so I only used half of it. Will use the whole thing next time just for me. Lol it was wonderful. I did however add about 6 dashes of whatsthishere sauce for a bit of added flavor. Very yummy and will definitely make again.

Scalloped Potatoes II
Very good. Added a bit of Colby Jack cheese to the top before it was done. My 6 yo daughter dont like scalloped potatoes from the box, but after I mashed these ones up on her plate she scarfed them down no questions asked. Wonderful dish!

Porcupines
I had tomatoe soup on hand so I used it. They were a bit big, but very good.
