Italian Pasta Veggie Salad

I too used half butter and half shortening. The taste was amazing. I frosted my grandsons 1st bday cake with it...the only thing I didn't like is that it was too greasy to wash off of him!! Lol

Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole

Very good and easy to alter! I Added garlic powder, onion powder and some milk..I also placed the cheese slices in the middle and baked it until bubbly..

Smelled awesome..tasted awesome. I seasoned my chops with onion and garlic powder and covered it with foil ...then removed the foil and broiled it the last five min ( per other reviewers)..You need to adjust the cooking time according to the thickness of the chop.

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Really good flavor..I used less red pepper..added more veggies..and added shrimp! I also thickened it with a bit of cornstarch at the end and served with brown rice.
