Chicken Marsala
I made this last weekend for a crowd of about 25. I prepared it all on Saturday and then baked it in the oven on Sunday. I was a bit nervous about preparing it inadvanced but it turned out fabulous! I made a few changes. I did not use sherry instead I used chicken broth. I also added a packet of beef boullion to enhance the flavor and also some pressed garlic and parsley. It actually tasted even better the next day. The chicken was so tender it melted in your mouth. This is a definite make a head receipe for a crowd.

Basic Crepes
My kids beg me to make crepes now. I usually make this recipe every other weekend. We usually put strawberries, bananas, strawberry sauce & maple syrup. Delicious! As with what others have said mix wet first then dry. If pressed for time you can mix in a big bowl and use right away (just make sure to really whisk well) and they still turn out great.

Hot Onion Dip
I use this dip as an "old stand by" when ever we have people over or when asked to bring something to a pot luck. I have made it many many times and I am ALWAYS asked for the recipe. When I first found this recipe I was a bit leary of the onions (my dh hates them) but he loves this dip. I usually ad 1/2 cup swiss cheese - it just gives it that extra something that seems to be missing.
