Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake
Good, but the cake part turned out a bit dry for me. Some folks love it like that; they say it goes better with coffee that way. I enjoyed the extra crumb topping that someone else suggested. I made it by following the suggestion to increase the amount of crumb topping by using 1/2 CUP OF FLOUR, 1/2 CUP OF WHITE SUGAR, 1/2 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR, and doubling the cinnamon. Used the same amt. of butter for the crumb topping.

French Bread Rolls to Die For
Made exactly as directed, but using a bread machine dough cycle for the first part. My machine states to add all liquids, then to add solids. I add the yeast to the liquid as the first solid, then the flour, etc., then the salt as the last solid, in order to encourage the yeast action. After the dough cycle completed, I put the dough in a greased bowl, following the directions from that step onward. The result was rolls that were crisp on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. In our household we use these for a nice side with soup, for sandwiches, and as cheese toast. Everyone that tastes them agrees that the recipe is a winner.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Made exactly as directed. The result was OK. It's hard to go wrong with chocolate, butter, and sugar. However, the cookies did not seem sweet enough to me. They were also more cake-like than chewy. And, unlike other recipes I have used, it was extremely difficult to mix. One good thing I found about this recipe is that if you want cookies that don't spread much, these are good for that. I refrigerated some of the dough because I could not bake all of it immediately, and the cookies that resulted were about 1/2 the thickness of the dough ball.
