Heavenly Angel Food Cake
Very easy and delicious, I followed the directions exactly. I don't usually even like angel food cake, but this is a keeper. Plus, it's fun to turn it upside down.

Peanut Beef Stir-Fry
We really liked this! I added ginger, more peanut butter and different veggies, but it was so easy and so good!

Grits Casserole
Very good. Added garlic while cooking the sausage but otherwise followed the recipe. Very easy and eaten quickly!
