Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
Great recipe. I used 2 large 1/2 breasts. I pounded them to 1/2 inch. I also aluminum foil to line the baking dish and sprayed it with non stick spray. I put the breasts in the baking dish and then covered with sauce. The only change i made to the sauce was the 1/4 cup brown sugar. I also covered with foil and baked for 30 minutes on 375.

Chocolate Crinkles II

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2013
Made this for the first time as the cookie for our cookie swap at work. Made it exactly as the recipe states except followed other members with freezing for 30 - 45 minutes instead of putting the dough in refrigerator. As I made the cookies I put the dough back in the freezer to keep it kind of stiff. This made it easier to work with. I also took the advice of the second shelf down from the top of the oven and baked exactly 10 minutes. Came out perfect. I do want to try the peppermint extract next time.

Used this for a brunch this morning. Followed the recipe for the most part. Added more croutons and eggs as others suggested. Used sweet turkey sausage. Will definitely make again. Perfect consistency.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2011
Great recipe! the recipe makes about 9 pancakes. Be careful cooking on a non stick pan. They cook really fast. I only had the burner on medium. I added blueberries for a batch and chocolate chips for another. They all came out great.

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2011
This was my first Quiche. I made it for a brunch and it was amazing. It was gone quickly. I went with the 5 eggs. I used frozen broccoli (thawed and squeeze dried), a little leftover Christmas ham, 1/2 lite cheddar cheese and 1/2 fat free feta cheese. I only used 1/3 cup mayonnaise I sauteed the onions, broccoli and ham in a little olive oil before I started the layering. I also used a frozen deep dish pie crust. Can't wait to make it again and neither can my family.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
This was the first time I didn't use Stovetop. My kids love stovetop stuffing. I was worried it wouldn't be liked. Wow! was I wrong. Everyone loved it. The kids want me to make it next time we have stuffing. Definitely a winner.

I made the recipe as listed. I even used skim milk and it came out great. I was a little worried about the milk after reading the other reviews, but it came out nice and thick.

Baked Fish and Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2009
I made the recipe for 6 servings and it came out fantastic. I used tilapia for the fish. We don't like a lot of seasoning, but if you do you might want to add some other herbs as suggested in some of the other reviews. It was a very easy recipe to make and my wife loved the idea of just one dish to clean.
