Very happy housewife; so blessed with three boys ( 17, 5 and 6 years old ) and a wonderful husband...Dedicated to please them and make them happy.. I love to cook; it is like a terapy for me... I enjoy cooking seafood, beef, pasta... everything! even baking is fun... Well, Colombia has a very extensive variety of dishes; we love our traditional Arroz con Pollo, Frijoles, Sancocho, Papas Chorreadas, Beef Tongue,etc... I married a colombian man, so we get together frecuently. He has a very large family; and for each ocasion I am encharged of something; so my biggets satisfaction is when everybody enjoy my dishes; they even ask for containers to take food home; I think that is the best part of cooking. Once, I was cooking something, I don't even remember what.. I was so distracted and I put baking powder instant of cornstarch!!! I didn't read the label of the jar; them the preparation started to grown and grown out of the pot with a really white foam like Alkatzelzer!!! It was a horrible mess; I had to throwed away everything, and my home got a fish smell that stay for about 20 minutes!!!
