About this Cook
I'm 23 yrs old. I'm married to the most amazingly sweet and kind-hearted man in the entire world. We have a four yr old little, and another one due here in a week! My life revolves around all of them.
My favorite things to cook
Fruity Desserts! They're so much more fun to eat, calories always get in the way, but mmmmmmmmm...
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't have any. My family didn't cook a whole lot, that's why I love meal time so much now! It's a great way to get the family together and socialize about everything over a great meal. To be thankful for eachother and our health.
My cooking triumphs
My favorite recipe is a cranberry n pear cobbler that I started making when my daughter was about a year old. It takes some time, but the worth is in every bite.
My cooking tragedies
A taco soup I tried making one time had no flavor and was just down right icky.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins
They taste okay, a little sweet I think next time i'll use 1/2 a cup of sugar in the muffin mix. Also, I lowered the temp to 350 and needed to bake 30 minutes. My first batch with the recipes directions came out gooey on the inside and too dark on the outside. I'm sure they'll be better next time. :D

Artichoke Cheese Dip
EASY AND YUMMY! However; i did add some (8oz) sour cream and (4oz) cream cheese. Throw in a ton of spice! They're good for you, and I used the Omega 3 mayo - Smart Balance. Great dish and reasonably healthy too!
