Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

I just made this for my family this evening. I actually started the sauce last last night and then put in the refrigerator. This morning, I put it in a crockpot (along with the meatballs) and turned it on earlier today and I let it cook on low for about five hours and it was excellent! Everyone, including a guest, told me this definitely has to be added to the rotation. Thank you so much for this delicious, easy recipe!

Molasses Sugar Cookies

Scrumptious!! Soooo easy to make and it makes about 2 dozen more than indicated! I did as another suggested and sprinkled with red sprinkles and also some of the edible snowflakes...they sparkle and they're so pretty! These will be a great addition to my candy/cookie trays for friends. Thank you for sharing!

Chicken Flautas

Absolutely delish and the family LOVED! I only used three chicken breasts and I boiled and shredded them. I also used white corn tortillas and probably had to use a tablespoon of vegetable oil every fifth tortilla that I softened. My daughter who does not care for chicken ate three of them! Thank you for sharing!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Very good and very easy. Followed the recipe, but added some sauteed mushrooms, onion and carrots as others suggested. Excellent comfort food on a cold day!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

I made this for company this evening and everyone raved how delicious and moist the chicken was and what a great flavor the bacon added! Along with the pineapple and mushrooms, I added some red pepper and red onion chunks. I also let the chicken and mushrooms marinate all day and I doubled the marinade as well. I put it all together before the guests arrived. Will definitely be a keeper!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Wonderful recipe! Made this Christmas Eve to have on Christmas morning. Everybody loved it! I did as others suggested and used 10 eggs and 1/4 cup milk. I went ahead and made the night before, covered with foil and refrigerated, then reheated in a the oven at 250 degrees for approximately 1 hour. I also added about 1/2 cup red peppers and 1/4 cup finely chopped onions. Excellent!

Candied Chicken Breasts

Made this recipe last night exactly as written and it was delish! I had several guests in the home who were here to pick up kids and they all wanted to know what I was cooking because it smelled so delicious. Would highly recommend. I served this over risotto and with a side salad!

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

We enjoyed this recipe very much. I added pine nuts to it which added a nice little flavor. I completely forgot to add the goat cheese (which I LOVE) so I'll be making again soon and adding that as well. Thank you!

Best Ziti Ever

My family LOVED this recipe. Makes way too much, so I made up two pans and frozen one of them to eat at a later date. We even thought the previously frozen one was better! So easy and very yummy!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
