Orange Juice Jelly

Love this recipe! I taught a group of girls from my church how to can jelly with this recipe. Great flavor. I use country style oj and works well for me.

Cranana Jam

Quick and easy, best of all super tasty! I cut the sugar to 3 cups per other reviewers "too sweet" comments, and used a box of pectin instead of liquid. Loved the recipe, and I'm stocking up on cranberries so I can have this stocked until next cranberry season.

Cranberry Sauce

Great basic recipe. Note: don't get carried away with letting the cranberries pop. (First time mistake.) To give it and extra kick add some grated ginger (apx. 1/2-1 tsp) or ground ginger (apx. 1/4-1/2 tsp) or to taste.

Marshmallow Fondant

This worked out well especially compared to the buttercream fondant that I tried at the same time. I wanted to compare. I will be sticking to this recipe. This has more elasticity that made me feel like I could do more with it. The only advice I would give is not to get too carried away with the powered sugar. I felt that I did a bit and it made it a bit harder to work with.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Seemed like it had a bit too much shortening. I tried adding more powered sugar but it didn't do much. The shortening almost made it too easy to crack. (Weird, I know.) Once on the cake it did harden up nicely. I think I'll stick to marshmallow fondant. Thanks for sharing the recipe anyways.
