Great cookie to make if you are out of butter! I had no butter, shortening or margarine but was craving cookies. I cooked them a bit longer only because I like a crisp oatmeal cookie. I also added chocolate chips instead of raisins only because we do not love raisins. Will make again for sure!!!!

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

This was probably the easiest pie I have ever made. It was great and I do not even like Rhubarb. I made it for my Dad who does not like sweet things at all. He suggested I put less sugar next time but the rest of us loved it!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Great salad that everyone liked, even the kids! I used a whole jar of Hormel Real Bacon bits and nobody new otherwise. I used medium cheddar cheese and I cubed it very small rather than shredding it. I also made the salad early in the morning which did allow all of the flavors to come together. I will be making this again and again. Next time my husband suggested I use Pepper Jack cheese which will be just as good I am sure.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Simple, easy and yummy and I am not even a big BBQ sauce fan! I would use the tenderloin every time since it will give you less fat to deal with. Next time I will make two at a time so we have more leftover. Would also be a great potluck dish to take anywhere as well.
