Family loved it! I didnt read the recipe all the wa through and in ended up mixing the marinara with the chicken and noodles and putting the cheese on top with the breading over it... Still turned out great though. Next time I will make it the 'right' way :) Thanks!

Like others, used it as a base and went from there. Added a few carrots, 2 celery stalks, some garlic and onion powder, can of cream of chicken and can of cream of mushroom, and did 2 cans of biscuits. Really turned out wonderful, everyone loved it. What a easy things to dress up or keep simple, one pot cleanup, and perfect cold weather comfort food! Thanks!!

Chicken in Every Pot Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
OMG! Best ever! I used all white meat, 2 cans of 98% fat free cream soup (one mushroom, one chicken), broccoli instead of peas, and celery salt instead of seed. It was the best ever and everyone gobbled it up! Next time I will reduce the broth by half a cup, but other than that, it was so delicious. Thanks so much!

The Best Frikin' Party Dip Ever!

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
This is bomb and we make now once a week just to have around. To make it healthier I used a turkey sausage and non fat cream cheese. Doesnt lose any flavor this way and makes it guilt-free. I also use the rotel with habaneros and since my hubby hates onions I toss in a can of green chiles. Spicy!!

Turkey Sliders

Since making changes to our family's diet and eating healthier meat, we were excited to make this since we hadnt had a cheeseburger in 2 months! These taste fantastic! I did make one substitution since my husband hates onions, and that was to replace it with a small can of green chiles. Even the kids loved them!

Creamy Bow-Tie Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
My family loved this! The only changes I made were to reduce the pasta to 3 cups and increased the broccoli to 5 cups and used non fat cream cheese. Made it lower calorie for us. Really good, easy and quick. Will make often. Thanks!

Strawberry Cobbler I

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2009
Let me start by saying that Im pregnant so whenever I start craving a particular food, I just search for a recipe with that ingredient. How lucky I was to find this one in the strawberry section! The only thing I did different was used 4 c. strawberries instead of 3 because I had 2 bags of frozen berries and I didnt want to waste any, and I doubled the crust to accomodate a 2 1/2 quart dish and substituted Splenda for sugar. Other than that, followed the reciped and OH MY GOODNESS! I think I died and went to pregnant lady food heaven. I just made it, it is still bubbling hot and I sampled it and am now writing the review. My fiance just came up and asked if we could just share it out of the dish with 2 forks. He must have sampled it after I walked away from it! Yumm-O! Thanks again!

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
I always feel bad altering a recipe... I mean following it is what makes it a recipe! I was having a hankering for tuna casserole and needed a base recipe. This worked perfect, and I loved the suggestions everyone else had too. To make this "my family" friendly, I omitted the mushrooms, onions and peas (lol) and instead used 2 cups of frozen chopped broccoli. I also put in a cup of sour cream, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and used sharp white cheddar cheese. For the top I skipped the cheese and just used crushed croutons and it was so good!! I highly recommend this recipe, either as written or doctored up. Its a really simple, delicious one!

Peachy Moist Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
These were so delicious I kept the oven on and turned around and made another batch! I followed the suggestion of adding 1/2 tsp of baking soda and a little milk to thin it out and they were nice and fluffy. No need for butter on these babies, they are sweet and moist, moist, moist! Fabulous recipe, everyone LOVED them! A great way to use a free on hand ingredients and by the way, I also used the frozen peaches and they worked great. :) Thanks again!
