Ginger Shrimp with Fried Rice

Love this! So easy and yummy. I've found that sometimes I need to drain fat off after cooking for the 6-8 hours, as others reviewers suggest... but sometimes the meat turns out a wee bit dry if I pour it all off. Likely best to leave some liquid, and it depends on the cut of beef you use. Overall I love to make this;)

Pear and Blue Cheese Pastry Triangles

These turned out yummy, even though it was my first time with puff pastry. I ended up with twice as much filling as pastry. Perhaps could've used more if I had kept to the 9 squares per sheet and made stuffed triangles from them. Overall great... I'm sure they will look prettier next time ;)
