I made this recipe just as stated, only I had a larger cut of chuck roast. I used 3 packets of the dressing and I added a whole jar, juice and all, of the peppers. I added just a little water,and cooked it all day on low. It tasted great, not too salty. The peppers just smashed into the meat easily. I wouldn't recommend using the juice because it was very greasy, but maybe if you chilled it and scraped off the fat, it might be better. It is easy, not too spicy, and both my kids don't complain when I make it.
