Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
Loved this recipe! Only change was to sub in 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Baked for 9 minutes and let sit on the pan for a couple minutes before moving to a rack. These were still soft the next day. Will definitely make them again!

Couscous Chicken Supper

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
This wasn't bland for me at all! I had added an extra garlic clove because of reviews claiming blandness, but I don't think I needed it. Other changes include accidentally using cilantro instead of rosemary (I didn't realize it until the veggies were broiling haha), and replacing the minced onion with diced green onion. I just find that dried onion doesn't give enough flavor for me. The couscous I used was some sort of roasted pine nut flavor. It was the only kind Acme had and I'd never had it before, so I was worried, but it was great!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
I have no idea how people are getting this to turn out bland and too thick. I served it over egg noodles and it was absolutely DELICIOUS, with just the right texture for the sauce! I had an extra tablespoon of butter in there at the beginning because I had 2 partial bars sitting around and I wanted to use it up. I added some onions about 2 hours in, and about 1/3 of a small sour cream container at the end with the cream cheese and soup. They were leftover from taco night. After I added the last ingredients I let it cook for an hour instead of 30 minutes, so maybe that's why the flavor from the Italian dressing mix was able to blend into the sauce better. It was FAR from bland!

Slow Cooker Manly Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2009
Cheap, easy and surprisingly delicious! I chopped some potatoes and just cooked them along with the beef, and then made egg noodles and served it all together. I will definitely be making it again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Dinner

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
This recipe wasn't anything spectacular, but it was cheap, easy, and hit the spot. Plus it's really easy to modify and add spices to satisfy your individual tastes. I'll definitely be making it again with some onion next time!

Slow Cooker Lentils and Sausage

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Very delicious! Because everyone else said it needed a little something due to lack of spices, I added a diced jalapeƱo. I guess that did the trick, because I think it's perfect!

Sausage Sauerkraut Supper

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
This was absolutely fabulous! Just the right amount of tart. I had my friends over the first time I made it, and it was a hit. Even my boyfriend, who does not normally like sauerkraut, enjoyed it.

Campbell's® Slow-Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
This is a decent stew. I've had some trouble getting the dumplings to cook through, but the second time I made it I spread it on top like a crust instead of balls for dumplings, and that did the trick.

Cabbage Beef Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
This is more of a chili than a soup, and I find I really prefer it that way! It didn't look like much going in and I was a bit worried that I wouldn't like it, but it was absolutely delicious and a great warm meal after leaving work on a cold day. My boyfriend loved it, too!
