This cake was so wonderful! It was deliciously moist, and oh so yummy. People keep asking for more! One thing I noticed is that the cake rises quite a bit when in the oven, especially the edges. Be careful of overflow! I used mini chocolate chips (as one reviewer suggested), and it was excellent! I didn't have any almond extract around, but vanilla works just as well. For variety, I also tried mint extract (about half a teaspoon, it's much stronger than vanilla), and it was great! Anyway, this was a great recipe, thanks!
