Simple Macaroni Salad
I've made this dish twice for big family/friend gatherings, and every time I went home with an empty bowl and several requests for the recipe. Make sure you let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.

Golden Potato Soup
Great recipe, fun to throw in your own additions in there. Tastes even better the next day!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
Hooooooweeee! (That's Texas for "HOLY "). This recipe is amazing, and deserves all the awards it's won. I followed Deb's advice in the first comment and used Pace Picante Sauce (Hot) instead of regular salsa. The heat doesn't hit you at first, but just wait a few seconds and your mouth will be on fire. For an extra kick, use Buffalo meat instead of hamburger, and maybe a can of pinto beans as well for a heartier chili.
