Chewy Brownies
Here's the deal; I've made these twice. First time, texture was good but not enough chocolate flavor. 2nd time I added 1/2 cup cocoa and 1 tblsp. chocolate syrup. Honey, these could have passed for Betty Crocker, only better! I also cooked them 40 minutes. They turned out absolutely perfect.

Skillet Green Beans
My kids 5, 12, 15) LOVED this dish as well as my husband who is not a fan of onions. I used about 1/2 the onions, just to be on the safe side and it was just enough flavor. Excellent! I will be making our green beans like this from now on! (except green bean casserole at the holidays :)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This is not only super fast to prepare, but my family LOVED it! My husband made me make it three days later. The parmesan melts on top of the fish to form a nice crust and really "traps" in the rest of the flavors. This is definitely the best way I've found to prepare Tilapia.
